Our agreement with you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Everest Freedom Academy ("EFA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our educational services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Everest Freedom Academy. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Everest Freedom Academy is an innovative educational platform designed to raise self-reliant, financially free leaders. Our Service provides:

• Cross-departmental courses in Financial Education, Wealth Creation, Advanced Marketing, Leadership Education, and General Education
• Earn-as-you-learn model where users earn rewards through referrals, course completions, progress milestones, and assessment passes
• Interactive assessments including exams, quizzes, and tests
• Wallet system for tracking earnings and rewards
• Referral program where every user can earn by inviting others to join EFA
• Partner ecosystem for institutional support and sponsorship

All courses are accessible to registered students regardless of their chosen department. EFA's Earn Model rewards users for educational engagement, academic achievement, and successful referrals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Types

EFA offers four account types:

• Student: Access to courses, assessments, and Earn Model features. Students earn through referrals, course completions, progress milestones, and assessment passes.
• Instructor: Ability to create courses, upload content, and earn from teaching. To become an instructor, you must first complete your program as a student. Instructors must have demonstrated mastery of the material by passing all required assessments as a student before being eligible to teach.
• Partner: Ability to sponsor students and school initiatives. Partners must go through the same educational process as students, unless they qualify as Elite Partners.
• Elite Partner: Reserved for large organizations and institutions that meet specific criteria. Elite Partners have a streamlined onboarding process and may sponsor multiple students across departments.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Enrollment & Course Access

Upon successful registration, students receive automatic access to all courses across all departments. There is no manual enrollment required for core courses. Some advanced courses or specialized programs may require additional enrollment steps.

Course materials, including video lessons, reading materials, and assessments, are accessible through your student dashboard. Course access remains active for the duration of your enrollment in good standing.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Program Fees

Our programs are offered on a tuition basis. Detailed fee structures are provided during the application process. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new students. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment. After this period, no refunds will be issued for completed courses or programs.

5.3 Business Launch Support

Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, eligible students may receive up to 95% financial support for business launch, subject to meeting all program requirements and business plan approval.

6. Earn Model & Rewards

EFA operates on a multi-channel earn model. All users — students, instructors, and partners — can earn through referrals. Students earn additional rewards through educational engagement.

6.1 Student Earnings

Students earn rewards through the following channels:

• Referrals: Every student earns a commission for each person they refer who successfully enrolls in EFA.
• Course Completion: Rewards are credited upon completing course modules and full courses.
• Progress Milestones: Consistent engagement and progress through the curriculum unlocks additional rewards.
• Assessment Passing: Passing quizzes, tests, and final examinations earns reward credits.

6.2 Instructor Earnings

Instructors earn through:

• Referrals: Same referral program available to all users

6.3 Partner Earnings

Partners earn through:

• Referrals: Same referral program available to all users
• Institutional Partnerships: Special arrangements for organizations sponsoring multiple students

6.4 Reward Withdrawals

Rewards are credited to your EFA verified account(Zenith Bank) and can be used toward tuition or business launch support subject to our withdrawal policies.

• Processing Time: Withdrawal are at the end of each academic semesters, auto paid
• Verification: All withdrawals require account verification to prevent fraud

7. Referral Program

EFA's referral program is a core component of our Earn Model. Every user — student, instructor, or partner — can earn by referring new members to the EFA community.

7.1 How It Works

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon registration
• When someone uses your referral code to enroll, you earn a commission
• Commissions are credited to your EFA Wallet
• Referral earnings are in addition to any rewards earned through learning activities

7.2 Referral Rules

• Referral commissions are paid after the referred student completes enrollment and payment verification
• Commission rates are subject to change and will be communicated in advance
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share or sell access to your account
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
• Cheat on assessments or attempt to manipulate the Earn Model or Referral Program
• Create fake accounts to generate referral commissions
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of earned rewards and referral commissions, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the EFA platform, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Everest Freedom Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

Instructors who create course content retain rights to their original materials but grant EFA a license to distribute and monetize such content on the platform.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Any outstanding rewards, referral commissions, or wallet balances will be forfeited upon termination due to breach of Terms. If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT COMPLETING OUR PROGRAMS WILL RESULT IN FINANCIAL FREEDOM OR BUSINESS SUCCESS. YOUR RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR EFFORT, DEDICATION, AND MARKET CONDITIONS.

REFERRAL EARNINGS AND REWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR POLICIES AND MAY VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVEREST FREEDOM ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
